Appearance: Pours a clear golden color with a bubble show that produces the full three fingers; the head slowly settles while leaving a few dots and squiggles
Smell: Pine forest aromatics with a bready pilsner aspect; hint of sulfur
Taste: The front end brings the pilsner-like flavors - bready with some sulfur; through the middle, the piney hops take over bringing a rather strong West Coast level of bitterness; the finish is a blend of the two elements along with an herbaceous element and plenty of sulfur
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate to high carbonation
Overall: Love the crisp bitterness but am a bit overwhelmed by the sulfur

only had a few beers from this brewery, but they were both great this one has a great combination of citra, mosaic and simcoe hops real west coast style
