Picked up a single from the Blue Door Bottleshop 5.14.2021 for $5.75. No canning date but it appears to be in late April per untappd reviews. Consumed 5.14.2021.
Beer poured a hazy golden with a very nice white head that is leaving some lacing behind.
Nose is nice, fresh citrus and tropical fruits.
Taste is a nice combination of passion fruit, pine, and gooseberries. Finishes with a nice rind bitterness; 7/10 on my scale.
Mouthfeel is very light and refreshing considering the ABV.
Overall a nice beer from the brewers. Look forward to trying others from RCBC!
