A; Pours a crystal clear medium yellow in color with heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of glass and moderate pale golden yellow + bright yellow + brassy colored highlights. The beer has a four finger dense pillowy sudsy foamy white head that slowly reduces to a small to medium sized three finger thick cap in the center of the glass surrounded by a large patch of thick film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of earthy hay-like barnyard funkiness over the top of light aromas of pale + wheat + bready malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. Light aromas of citrus/lemon tartness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of pale + wheat + bready malts with minimal amounts of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly heavier than light flavors of citrus/lemon tartness. Finally there is a moderate to strong flavor of earthy hay-like barnyard funkiness which lingers well through the finish.
M: Light bodied with moderate to heavy amounts of carbonation. Hints of acidic prickliness and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly tart + funky + slightly prickly mouthfeel. Enjoyable and does a great job of highlighting/showing off the Brett in this beer.
