Decanted from a 16 oz (473 ml) can into a muffin top pint glass; canned on 10/20/2020.
A: Pours an initially fairly clear, but increasingly hazy, slightly weathered brass yellow, with exuberant head formation leaving nearly a finger of retention and foamy lacing. Sediment evident.
S: Initially very strong peppermint, lemon fruit, pepper and pine.
T: Semidry. Peppermint, lemon citrus, and pine predominate. Bitterness solid, leaving a very clean ever so slightly bitter finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with strongly persistent effervescence. Smooth and silky mouthfeel.
O: A truly delicious, light, slightly sweet, lemon chiffon American IPA. I believe my first from Resident Culture and already I want more.
