Appearance: Arrives looking like a glassful of Tang with just a film of foam that fades to a ringlet; a few speckles appear briefly
Smell: Blood orange and lime aromatics with hints of salt and Tequila barrel
Taste: Blood orange and lime flavors forward with a growing tart character; through the mid-palate, the Tequila barrel emerges as a prelude to a somewhat salty finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low carbonation; moderately puckery
Overall: Bursting with fruit flavor, this sour is balanced and rocks the Margarita concept
