Foggy pale peachy-yellow and essentially headless but for some filmy residue.
At first it's very smoky, almost hammy like a rauchbier, so not quite the uniquely, botanically smoky mezcal-like influence I was hoping for, but commendable considering the process used here. But then the added fruits and salt begin to translate on the palate like a mango, peach and passion fruit margarita. And these aren't even the fruits used. Like whoa!
The light body has a tingly crispness but finishes semi-dry.
