Appearance: Pours espresso colored with a wisp of a film; leggy but no lacing
Smell: Chocolate, caramel and banana; woody Bourbon barrel tones complement
Taste: Rich chocolate and dolce de leche caramel sweetness forward with a hint of banana flavor builds; the Bourbon barrels enter, mid-palate but the finish is very sweet with more banana lingering in the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and creamy; no carbonation
Overall: My fourth bottle in the Ego Death series and this one is an interesting blend of flavors (like a Banana Split) but ultimately too sweet for my palate
