Copenhagen 11/11 2021. 47,3 cl can from Mikkeller & Friends Bottle Shop, Torvehallerne, Kbh. K. What looks like a fan boy drawing of a Dragon on the can.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a small white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as thin patch of foam floating in the middle of the glass. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a fermented sweet odor mingling with a more subdued citric scent. Fermented mango, alcohol and hints of musty gym bag.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, yet lively, tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Fairly potent and intense and manages to hide the considerable ABV pretty well.
