Collab w/ Cellarest Beer Project. We kicked off this brew w/ a Marzen base recipe, adding a bundle of Oregon harvested Cascade hops to give it a fresh twist. The result? A playful take on a classic style, w/ a delightful blend of citric, floral hops, a sturdy malt backbone, and a clean, crisp finish.
