Our 2023 vintage is a blend of imperial stouts aged in Willett Bourbon, Willett Rye, Heaven Hill Wheated Bourbon, Weller Bourbon, and Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels for a period of 18-42 months then conditioned on toasted hazelnuts and cacao nibs then further conditioned on Videri cocoa butter, orange zest, Ugandan vanilla beans, and a kiss of nutmeg.
