We took our Full Nelson wrestling themed beer and amped it up for our 6th anniversary wrestling celebration in October 2023. We added even more hops and a double dose of Nelson Cryo to this years batch to amp it up even further.

Poured from a 16 oz can into a Willi Becher glass
The beer pours a hazy golden color with a big white head that slowly recedes leaving behind a small amount of lacing
The aroma is big citrus hop blast, with hints of mango and a bit of white grape as well.
The flavor is similar to the nose, a big citrus presence with notes of mango, white grape, wheat bread, and a slight spicy/peppery taste. Medium/light bodied and moderately carbonated. Slick on the tongue
Overall, I found the beer to ok, though not my favorite example of the style.
