I wouldn't trust any brewery with this pastry stout make up, but resident culture proved my trust right again! Had on tap. Midnight black body with a brown head. Bourbon with accents of molasses, caramel, and vanillins take on the coffee, walnuts, and cinnamon so well, cookie like. Taste is more granola like, swear there is raisin here too. Feel is simpler with adjuncts carry the day with the textures, very smooth and full with a dark brooding complexion
