Brickie American Stout - Bourbon & Rum Barrels

We put some Brickie up to age in bourbon barrels. You barrel-aged fans will remember this as Bourbon Barrel-Aged Brickie release. Well, we weren’t quite done with this batch so we filled four freshly-dumped rum barrels with the already bourbon barrel-aged brew. The result is nothing short of spectacular! Vanilla, molasses, and of course, bourbon and rum hit the nose in concert with hints of chocolate and roast in the background. The aromas carry through in the flavor seamlessly. A smooth and gentle, warming sensation on the palate finishes this barrel-aged beauty.
