Visited early on a Saturday afternoon. Had a pint and two 10 oz pours. Was really happy with the Imperial Red (Red Rust Red), the scotch ale was also very good (Groundskeeper Wee Heavy) and the Italian Pilsner was pretty good (Esmerelda).

Server was very attentive but busy -- got caught by large, disorganized, indecisive groups.

We ate a little -- a pretzel and some posole. Both were good.

Vibe was very much modern sports bar meets brewery. Lots of people watching college football on lots of TVs. If you're looking for an intimate little brewery experience, this probably isn't it. But the beer is good.

I arrived in Albuquerque and needed about 4 hours to kill before a business meeting, so I stopped into here for lunch. I purposely selected their lowest alcohol beers in the smallest size, so I could stretch out the time. It was a decent selection and an ok meal, but they cut me off completely after 3 beers drunk over 90 minutes time, something that I've never seen in any other city, anywhere. I don't understand the 3-drink limit: it seems downright irrational that it doesn't take into account alcohol content or time spent there.

Dumb policy, except: Their pils is VERY good!

Lively brewpub with industrial feel. Large U-shaped bar seat maybe 30 with tables and booths about the room and large covered patio in front. 16 beers on tap, I had the Manana which was solid. I did not try the food.

Noontime on a Friday and this place was packed. Everyone, or at least the people around us, seemed to be having a good time. Clean, well-lit. Plenty of TVs.
Fourteen beers on tap, as well as a half dozen or so bottles. I had Figgy Pudding and Brickie American Stout, both excellent. My wife had Raspberry Dynamite and enjoyed it as well.
Service was attentive.
We had an order of fried seitan with BBQ sauce. Not too many places serve seitan, and this was done well.
We'll be back.

Re-doing my review now that they have been around for over a year.

Beer is decent, everything else less so. Not sure the vibe is my thing. Like the floor to ceiling windows they got going and the view of the Sandia's, but feels more of a restaurant that brews beer than a brewery that serves food. I prefer the reverse, personally. That said, tvs and sports going on at the bar which I like. The beer is improving, liking the addition of some brett offerings. Haven't had a great beer by them yet, have had some good ones though. Would rate their quality as decent overall. Feel like I rounded up with their overall quality because when I saw the overall score, felt it was lower than I thought it deserved. Solid selection, happy with the variety of styles available. Eaten there a couple times, that was a mistake. Some of the worst food I have eaten in Albuquerque, personally. Last time I was there I took 2 bites of my order and stopped. I will never eat there again. Your mileage with the food might vary though, as other posters here seem to like it. Service isn't horrible, also is not a selling point. Overall, the beers have improved since opening and worth the occasional visit.

Great beer and food. Head brewer, bob, is a genius when it comes to beer! Their barrel aging program is the best in New Mexico. Beers on the patio is a great way to spend a Friday night
