juicy and light, very much a summer profile on this one, fresh and peppy and pretty much all the hoppy beers we had in here were, these guys have those pretty well dialed in. this is straw colored, frothy white headed, pretty hazy but also still bright in the glass, and double dry hopped with citra and galaxy, a fine recipe and nice execution, simple on the grain side and clean on the ferment, two good choices yielding a real drinkable take on a hazy. must be some wheat in here, dry cereal taste and pillow soft, well out of the way of the hops. super low bitterness on this, juiced and zested lemon, pineapple, and key lime, with a lightly floral thing going on, not green or overdone in the slightest, and the restraint is much appreciated in a world where so much of these have more green bite than flavor. i also like how little drop off there is from aroma to taste, its consistent, real nice. subtle lemon curd, light mango and tropical notes too, quick finishing as these go, and never oily or slick or anything on the palate, grippy and then dry, well carbonated. nice hazy here, the citra and galaxy work great together, they start early and ramp up quick. the reno location exceeded expectations, especially on the hoppy stuff.
