L: Had this on-tap at Brewmasters - Wilson, poured into a snifter glass. Had a pale yellow color and a cloudy consistency. there was a half inch of bright white, long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A good, but not great, aroma of citrus, hops, malt, spices, and a little barnyard funk.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (mostly in the finish), some citrus (lemon), a good shot of hops (high for a saison), a tinge of the barnyard funk (not as noticeable), and light spices (coriander?). A light and sweet flavor. The hops add a good sharpness to it. Not overly complex, but pretty tasty.
F: A highly carbonated beer with a dry, smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A very solid saison. A good light beer for the summer months.
