16oz can served in a stemless rastal. Don't see a date on it. No recollection where I picked it up.
Pours clear light yellow, medium-ish head that settles into a thin cap sustained by a steady stream of very tiny bubbles. Smell is lager yeast and lemon / lime freshness.
Taste is moderate grain tea sweetness, a little bit of yeast roll character, bright lemon zest undertones and something still reminding me of lime.
Mouthfeel is very light and clean. Overall, pretty nice.

Clear pale golden-amber brew with plenty of foam in the Blanche de Chambly goblet. Sudsy on the tongue. Slightly sweet with a slight cereal taste and a hint of something vegetal. Slight astringency in the aftertaste. This is a mellow and easy to gulp beer. I would say it's lacking in interest, or even crispness. From the 16 oz can, a big collaboration effort, but not dated. Look for the big turtle on the label.
