This winter was brutal. Relentless snow and days pushed indoors, meant more dreaming of when spring would return. Birds chirping, trees budding, life returning. A chance to see everything come awake again. Welcoming back what we consider all of that in one tart fruit beer. Hibiscus, strawberry, lemon, and chamomile flowers, trans- form this relatively simple beer into something curious, welcoming, and refreshing.

16oz can. No dating information found.
Red strawberry colored body. One finger of off white head reduces to a partial cap and ring. Leaves behind a few lacing spots but most slide down into the body.
Aroma is strong with strawberry, also some lemon and lime.
Taste is Tang-like, with added strawberry. Total strawberry immersion. Extends into the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel. Minor tart effect, but also not overly sweet. Supportive carbonation.
Very good strawberry flavor for this kettle sour.
