On tap at Tap and Mallet in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a moderately hazy dark straw yellow, with a small head, and a good bit of lacing.
This smells like rye, crackery malt, lemon, and grapefruit.
This is the first not exceedingly hoppy beer I've had from District 96. It's nice to know they can do stuff like this too. This has a nice lemony hop flavor, and a big spicy rye kick on the finish, with grassiness and crackery malt, like water crackers almost.
This is light bodied, and super crisp- with a good level of carbonation.
I continue to really love everything that I've had from D96 so far.
