Appearance: Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick, two finger head; good retention with clustering lace
Smell: Papaya, pineapple, mango and berry tones with some shortbread malt
Taste: Papaya and pineapple forward with mango and shortbread tones underpinning; citrusy bitterness (kumquat) in the middle with the dank pineapple tones of snake fruit in the finish
Mouthfeel: Full bodied and creamy with moderate carbonation; some warmth in the gullet
Overall: I get nervous with triple IPAs that the malt will negatively impact the flavor profile and am happy to report that this is not the case here
