Another beer listed at the Bruery Terreux's Wild & Hoppy Beer Festival held on March 3, 2018. Looks like the regular version of chill, in that its yellow/golden with haze and 1/2" white head. The aroma is nice, seems like Amarillo by morning imparting citrus notes of a varied tropical/citrus realm .
The taste is pushed forward by a blend of older school bittering hops compared with the aroma hops. Simcoe seems apparent, as well as some kind of C hop, could be Cascade or Centennial. Not as piney as Chinook. I guess Comet is one you have to think about too, but overall, its got that grapefruit bitterness from C and Simcoe. Body is hazy and relatively light, doesn't finish dry, more of a wet juicy finish to it.
So all in all, its a pretty good beer, hits all those desired hop notes and flavors. Where the problem lies is in cost/accessability. These beers run around $5 a can and usually have limited ordering and pickup windows. Why mess with that when there are comparable beers for cheaper and easier to acquire?
