This holiday hazy IPA was brewed with a heavy dosing of Centennial and Mosaic hops in the whirlpool, and dry hopped with balanced amounts of Centennial, Mosaic, and Moteuka.
Two Row, rolled oats, and Carafoam gift your mouth a soft, cloudy mouthfeel. Experience big time haze with a rich, orange appearance and intense aromatics of lemon and lime zest. The delicate flavors of tropical peach will make you thankful we decided to keep the haze in this one.
MALTS: Two Row, Rolled Oats, Carafoam
HOPS: Centennial, Mosaic, Motueka
YEAST: London III

One final trip to the Bruery to pick the rest of the stuff up, gotta sit down for one last flight. This was one of those final beers. Anyways, here we are over 6 months later and I'm writing the first review for this beer for BA. Zero karma points for being a trailblazer. Jobber of your own creation.
Yellow color, moderate haze. Above a moderate amount. Its about the most I see out westward. 1/3" white head. The aroma goes with that Moteuka varied Mosaic. Cascade is an interesting old school addition to the hop portfolio, but you aren't really going to find it yet (in the aroma). Has more of that tropical down under breathiness to it. Lightly danky. It says Centennial here, but my list from the source says Cascade. Similar hops at the end of the day.
And yes, taste, mouth feel wise, you get that pithy grapefruit rind bitterness indicative of C hop. For me, Centennial has a little more of the tree and less rind than Cascade, but they are real similar hops. What stood out for me what the significant degree of haze/oats/wheat, but a sturdy bitterness was still perceptible. Mostly citrus hop notes taste wise.
