In my opinion this is a very special beer. Look is a beautiful, opaque, hazy gold. If you can imagine sitting in an island oasis filled with tropical fruits, citrus, evergreens, and wild herbs, you can imagine the smell of this beer. And the same can be said of the taste. This is a very smooth and flavorful brew. I highly recommend.

Pours a very cloudy opaque golden color with a thick foamy head Head retention and lacing are both excellent. Has a grapefruit, grassy, earthy aroma. There is a tropical overtone. The taste is the same. Nice and juicy, though. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

L: Great head & lacing, color good not great.
S: Some dry hops in there, as one would expect. Otherwise on par for a hazy.
T: Excellent multidimensional taste. Hops really come in the back after you get more of the citrus in the front. Really good aftertaste that doesn't just feel like booze in the back of your mouth.
F: Super crisp; right on target for a standard hazy.
Overall great beer.

Cloudy pale orange. Light head that sticks around for a little bit.
Not a lot of smell. Light citrus and grass.
Not a huge flavor either but there's some nice subtle beach and apricot flavors going on. A little bit of tart citrus and dank flavors happening in the finish too. For not having a super strong flavor, the finish lasts a while and is quite nice. It's well-balanced.
Feel is nice and light with zippy carbonation.
Pretty decent NEIPA. It doesn't slap you in the face with flavor like some of the great NEIPAs but its got a nice tartness and a lingering, complex finish.

This is the perfect beer. Look is great with sturdy head and nice lacing. Smell is tempered with the dry hops coming out. Taste is an interesting intertemporal experience: dry hops at the front, light hazy fruitiness in the middle, and dry hops return with a teeny bit of booziness at the end. Feel is super light and coats the back of the mouth nicely. Superior brewmanship from Offshoot yet again!
