Amid some uncertainty as whether this is from The Bruery or Offshoot, this is where it was listed. The pint can has references to both, but it really doesn't matter. Emptying the pint can into a clear glass liter mug was nearly effortless. There was no foamy mess, now common from most recent IPAs. Instead, there's a modest and enduring white head on top of a solidly amber beer. The aroma is an earthy combination of malt and hops, maybe just a little too funky, leaning toward skunky. That’s the same with the taste. The malt gets surpassed by an overly earthy hoppiness that's blunting to the taste. Perhaps a little pine-like sharpness during the finish helps, but the overall peculiar hopping, maybe somewhat stale tasting. hurts the overall. The inclusion of alcohol is pleasantly reasonable. The visual of the glass lacing is decent, but not outstanding, nor a contributor to this rating. There's enough malt to give this an acceptable body. Overall, it's not terrible, but neither is it a great quaff.

On tap at freemans pub into tulip glass. Fantastic dipa. Aromas and flavors of red grapefruit, tangerine, peach, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, cracker, bread dough, toast, herbal, floral, grass, yeast earthiness. Med pine/rind bitter. Medium carb/body. Balanced creamy/ bready malts and sticky/resin/rindy hops. Long resinous drying finish. Mild astringency, warmth, and hop burn. Amazing Citra, mosaic, cashmere profile. Very vibrant, dank, fairly juicy hops with a long west coast resinous finish.
