Fresh hopped IPA with 100% Amarillo hop
It’s fresh hop season! We partnered with our friends at Crosby Hops in Oregon to overnight a shipment of freshly picked Amarillo hops, which our team then hand-processed and added straight to the brew. The delicate fresh hop qualities really shine through: aromas of floral and citrus notes lead the way for notes of lemon peel and grapefruit with a tropical twist at the finish. You’ll want to make sure to strap your boots on proper for this one.

Wet hopped IPA.
Appearance - Pours a orangey copper with three fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus, piney, floral, leafy, and earthy hops, citrus and grapefruit peel, pine resin, bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast.
Taste - bold citrus, piney, floral, leafy, and earthy hops upfront. The citrus and grapefruit peel come through next alongside a pleasant zing from the pine resin. The bready malts, caramel, and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the hops, citrus and grapefruit peel along with the pine resin lingering.
Overall - An easy drinking IPA that delivers on the flavour but could use a bit more punch from the hops not to say this didn't have it. I would've liked to see more from the hops to make it even more of a stand-out.
