Experimental West Coast DIPA with Cryo Pop, Azacca oil, Centennial oil, and Magnum hops.
If you look closely, just past the little dipper, you may find… a whale shark constellation? Let this experimental west coast double IPA reveal all the hoppy, complex bitterness that Offshoot Beer Co. has to offer. We used a bold combination of Cryo Pop® hops from our friends at Yakima Chief with Hopzoil™ Azacca and Centennial hop oil for next-level hop character. Our relentless passion for experimentation and innovation is showcased in Reveal’s bold aromas and flavor.

Appearance - Pours a copper with four fingers of frothy white head.
Smell - citrus, leafy, piney, earthy, floral, and leafy hops, citrus and grapefruit peel, pine resin, caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - mild citrus, leafy, piney, earthy, floral, and leafy hops upfront. The citrus and grapefruit are mild as well as the pine resin. The caramel, bready malts, and earthy yeast round out the brew. A tad disappointing for a DIPA.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes a touch sticky with the elements lingering.
Overall - A DIPA that started off on the right foot but just didn't have the gusto in the taste. I guess experiments sometimes don't work and that's ok. Still, a worthwhile attempt.
