West coast IPA with coconut and pineapple
Grab your binoculars and pack some sunscreen, we’re going to the jungle! This tropical treat was inspired by daydreams of safaris in a tropical rainforest and all the fresh fruits we’d enjoy along the way— in this case, sweet pineapple and delicious coconut. Simcoe, Mosaic, Cryo Pop, El Dorado, and Citra hops all contribute crisp tropical-and-citrus notes perfectly paired with the fruit additions in this west coast sipper. Go ahead: crack one open, take a sip, and you can practically see the monkeys already!

Tropical Escape pours a clean bronze color with a medium-sized, long-lasting lacing head. The aroma has extensive notes of pineapple and a subtle hint of coconut. The flavor has a fruity note, mostly pineapple on the creamy coconut base, and a nice harsh bitter to finish and balance everything out. Good feel. Overall, an adventure of an IPA with fabulous fruit flavors that are not too much makes way for an excellent traditional IPA beer flavor from start to finish.
