32oz growler
Straw pale yellow, fast fading little to no head.
Smell is over the top Belgian clove yeast, taste follows right in line. Touch thin
Missed the mark a little think maybe under carb, so more carb would have help mouthfeel

32oz. crowler served in my Hill Farmstead stem. Pours a dull orange hue with a slightly hazy clarity and a fluffy, half-inch, bright white head that eventually dissipates into a bullseye dollop in the center and a thin band around the shoulders. Spots and swaths of lacing are revealed during the tasting. Pleasant nose - aromas of coriander, mint and grassy notes. Taste consistent with nose; however, crackery malts lead the charge and bring up the rear. There's also a hint of spice and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is light in body with a pleasant carbonation shy of lively and a mild acidity. Overall, a top notch farmhouse. Very drinkable and akin to the Belgian classics.
