Sampled on tap at the brewery.
L - Light golden colored body, with a bright white head (thin due to a tentative draw).
S - Aroma was somewhat muted when cold. Notes of caramel, dark fruit, banana, and clove began to come through as it warmed.
T/F - Follows through on the aroma, with a bit of hop bitterness providing balance to the sweetness. This tasted to me almost like it was dry hopped, a pleasant and unexpected characteristic. Medium mouthfeel, rather dry finish.
O - A solid tripel with an interesting twist.
