Nearly clear, medium gold, with some orange overtones, for the look. Moderate, clove & touch of banana and a whiff of fungi, in the aroma. Very thin, tangy, light roasted grain, with a touch of that clove, in the taste.

Sampled on tap at the brewery.
L - Pours a slightly hazy pale golden color, with a white head that settled into a thin ring leaving minimal lacing.
S - This has the nice aromas typical of the style: banana, clove, light bread, and a little tart apple.
T/F - The characteristics of the aroma are prominent on the palate as well, complemented with a little peppery-spice bitterness. Finish is on the dry side.
O - An excellent hefeweizen.
