IBU: 40
Medium orange, with some amber overtones, to this clear beer. Quite a perfumed smell, consisting of allspice, off-dry, medium toast malt and some candied tangelo/grapefruit peel, right up there. Light, less malt than desired and of a medium toast kind, for the overall flavor. A good deal of the taste is, quite moderately bitey, mixed citrus peel, mainly grapefruit.
