I review this beer after it was first kegged and about one month after. I was not impressed when first kegged, but with a bit of time, this turned out to be a classic, excellent porter. Just beautifully poured at the tap, dark brown, thick beige head and great lacing. Earthy, smokes smell and taste. A hint of chocolate and coffee, but pleasantly so.
When the brewery first put his out, I thought they had hit their first sour note, but it is amazing what. Just a bit of time did for this beer!
