Look: Slightly hazy pale yellow, like a darker white wine. Absolutely no head except for a few bubbles on top.
Smell: Strong sour and barnyard scent with some citrus peel and grapes.
Taste: Sour with a distinct Brett barnyard funk. Light white wine flavor.
Mouthfeel: Light body with no carbonation whatsoever. Again, wine-like.
Overall: This is a beer that really blurs the line between beer and wine. The only thing that might turn off a wine lover is the overpowering sourness.

Simple, refined, and sour in the feel with lingering acidity. Taste is sour grape, lemon, and raspberry, with vinous, wood, and toasted belgian yeast influences. Appearance is a beautiful dark gold, perfectly clear. This would be ideal for spring or early summer. Nice, well made table beer
