Reddish cranberry tone, thin layer of foam and spotty lace.
Big jammy berry aroma, minerally and crisp acidity.
Tart cranberry and sour cherry, puckering with a dry tannic finish.
Creamy and smooth with a nice level of acidity. Oaky vanilla notes.
Overall this was nicely balanced, though it became slightly one dimensional as it warmed.
Second bottle was a bit thin bodied and very sour.
