On tap at Spokeasy Public House
A: Pours golden amber with a frothy light tan head that settles to a light layer and laces very nicely.
S: Dank, herbal, spicy pine, fruity, a little melon, tropical, light citrus, grassy, bready malt, and a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Spicy pine, dank herbal notes, citrus, lemon, lime, and orange, tropical fruit, papaya, guava, mango, passion fruit, apricot, and a hint of melon, grassy, slightly floral, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the Fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, and a little pleasant warmth.
O: Jeremy and the Revision crew working their magic with this series. Doesn't matter what hop it is, they can always pull out the best, and the dankest, and make a killer DIPA. Really good stuff.

I can't figure out why they put some beers in cans and not others. Anyways, I picked up a crowler of this stuff because its reliably awesome every time. Pours a mix of gold to light copper with 2/5" white head. Aroma pops heavy on the Mosaic, they don't skimp with that hop, blasts of guava and papaya with a 90% humidity kind of feel to the heavy hop air underneath the nose with just a hint of tangerine underneath it.
Taste is good, there is a weird drinkability to it in that the alcohol is noticeable but the deliciousness of the hops doesn't deter one from drinking it any slower. Its like you're stepping onto the mat with a monster and you just don't care to play it safe. As advertised, the malt bill is minimal and barely cooked as to not interfere with the massive amount of hops of the most pungent proprietary variety.
If you like green, dank Mosaic hops over minimal pale toasted malt dry in the West Coast style and cranked up to dipa level 9%, this might be your jam.

Have to say, I'm a bit puzzled by the reviews I'm reading about this beer. Cracked open a bottle tonight, and while it certainly wasn't a terrible DIPA, I can't say I was hugely impressed by it either.
The beer pours a light copper amber color with pretty good head retention and lacing. Not that it matters, but for some reason I was expecting this to be another hazy, NE style IPA/DIPA from Revision, and it was none of that. On the nose, this smells like a fairly sweet DIPA, with considerable sweet mandarin orange and tropical fruit. The flavor profile replicates the nose pretty closely, though thankfully the finish is fairly dry and lightly bitter as well. Unfortunately, the 9% abv. is really pretty noticeable in this beer, and it detracts from both the beer's drinkability and the flavor profile. Mouthfeel is medium bodied I guess, and there's nothing cloying on the finish. Still, as noted above, the noticeable alcohol detracts a bit from the drinking experience with this beer.
Overall, this certainly isn't a bad DIPA, but given what I've come to expect from Revision, I was a bit disappointed. The cost was a bit surprising as well ($9 for a bomber), especially for what I would call a middle of the road DIPA. While certainly not a bad DIPA, given the relatively high price tag and "nothing special" flavor profile, I'm pretty certain this won't be a beer I'll be ordering again any time soon. There are far too many better IPA's and DIPA's at a cheaper price on the market these days, for me to order this beer again any time soon. Pretty certain I'm one and done on this one.

Drank from 16oz tulip glass. Bottled on 2/19/18.
Look: Light amber in color, like a lighter burnt orange. Completely clear, meaning it's a filtered IPA. From a standard pour, I achieved about 2 and 1/4 fingers worth of a white frothy head. The beer leaves a good amount of lacing on the glass.
Smell: Given the name, mosaic dominates the smell. Backing up the mosaic hops is your typical citrus fruits- orange, grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine. Great smelling beer. No evidence of being 9 abv.
Taste: Mosaic is the star of the show, which is great being a lover of mosaic hops. There is a lingering sweetness to the beer which is also different but desirable. Some orange, pinapple, lemon and grapefruit in the background. Good tasting.
Feel: Medium in body and weight. Carbonation seems low, adding to the heavier feel. As said before, it is almost syrupy, and coats not only my tongue but my whole mouth.
Overall: Really well made beer that makes mosaic hops the deserving star of the show. This is a good offering, and a job well done by Revision. I am grateful to have tried, and would recommend. Cheers!

Pours a clear golden straw color with thick white head ,quickly dissipates leaving significant lacing. Nose is all danky mosaic hoppyness with a bit of fresh cut greenery. Taste follows and is pretty much all tasty hops. Nice long bitter finish. Really enjoyable. Classic west coast DIPA.

Poured crystal clear golden honey with a small head that left a little bit of lacing.
Aroma is bright citrus fruits, tropical fruits, pine, and danky hops - very pleasant and welcoming.
Taste is a great mix of the aroma, zesty, full, and wonderful.
Mouthfeel is medium and so balanced for a DIPA. Solid bitterness, clean dry finish.
Overall, Revision just keeps putting out amazing IPAs and DIPAs left and right; this one is no exception. This beer would certainly stand up to any West Coast DIPA out there.
