A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that died down, leaving a thin head covering the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of citrusy and tropical fruit hops are present in the nose—limes and mangos seem to stand out in particular.
T: The taste has flavors of lime and grapefruit citrus with notes of mangos and hints of stone fruit. No bitterness is perceptible.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and very juicy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This New England IPA is very easy to drink and is a good representation of the style, as it is bursting with hop flavors and has a nice juicy mouthfeel.

Canned 10/10/18. Finally glad I am able to try this.
L: Honey golden in color. Definite haze appearance but not full on murky. A whopping 3 fingers of a bubbly white head with loads of lacing. Love the lacing.
S: Loads of citrus aromas on this with a touch of pineapple and mango. Full grassy hop profile.
T: Citrus forward with nice resiny/grassy finish. Very tasty and easy to drink.
F: Somewhat watery and thin compared to other Revision beers. Carbonation is moderate to high for the style. Not bad but nothing like other Revisions.
O: Glad I was able to try it, it did not disappoint. I would drink this again. Very crisp and refreshing with an abundance of citrus without loosing its hop profile. I would drink again and I am very glad to have tried. Cheers!

Pours a murky gold honey color with white head leaving some bubbly lacing. Nose is lots of ripe fruit and a hint of piney hoppyness. Taste follows with that citra/mosaic deliciousness that I enjoy .Really damn tasty ,nicely done Revision.

It’s a great time to be a craft beer drinker! I’m hardly keeping up with all the awesome NEIPAs, IPAs, APAs, DIPAs, IIPAs… you get the picture. Point is I’m so grateful to live in a country like Australia that has embraced the craft beer scene that I’ve been a fan of for many a year now. Also great is the quality of the US breweries that are shipping to Oz. At first it was brewers like Sierra Nevada and Ballast Point, who are pretty great in their own way, but Revision, “Ahhh, Revision, she is like the mistress who comes to me in the night and leaves me in a state of rapture in the morning” *sensual Latin-American voice* Overselling much? Maybe, but their beers are boss nonetheless, bring on the Tahoe Haze!

Poured from a 473ml can into a nonic pint.

A: Quite a light pale straw yellow, hazy “yes!”, body with a fluffy cream-coloured head that drops back to a compact half centimetre blanket on top. Bits of lace in the glass round out this rather attractive NEIPA, love that colour and haze. 9/10.

S: Punchy tropical hop notes of papaya, mango, add some tangerine citric character, and a noticeable green cannabis hint as well. Hops, hops, and yep – you guessed it: more hops. Bravo Revision – just what Doktor Hops ordered! As per usual with NEIPAs there isn’t any discernible malt profile in the aroma, no big deal, it’ll be in there somewhere, move on. 9/10.

T: Fresh hops! Spot on flavour profile too. *ding ding ding* We have a winner! Flavour is as above, only the tangerine citrus and tropical papaya/mango is on an equal footing (probably why they went with 66.66% Citra to 33.33% Mosaic – the slightly lighter hop is given a boost to compensate for the stronger one). That raw green cannabis note comes through too with a herbal/grassy character. Malt provides a light biscuit/cracker base that lets the hops shine, and shine they do, with a mild grassy bitterness in the finish. 9/10.

M: Grassy burps, lovely stuff, carbonation is active and dense with a nice medium-bodied mouthfeel, top shelf balance on this one. 9/10.

D: Tahoe Haze is Sparkle Muffin’s little brother/sister, it’s all that with a more laid-back taste/feel. When the hop character is as fresh as this you really get to see the mastery of American brewers at work (we’re catching up in Australia though). This is a class-act NEIPA with a real moreish/easy-drinking feel that is found in only the best examples of this style – superlative work again Revision. 10/10.

Food match: This is the beer you want to be swigging at your mates BBQ.

16 oz can from Boise Co-op. Pale hazy, golden. Pretty mellow considering their recent output. Still a solid, lighter juicy IPA. Light citrusy notes throughout.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewing Co pint glass

A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some light lacing.

S: Big time tropical fruit and citrus juice run the show, some biscuity malt, and light caramel sweetness.

T: Juicy tropical fruit, mango, passion fruit, and lychee, citrus, lemon, tangerine, and pink grapefruit, biscuity malt, and honey like sweetness.

M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.

O: I got my hands on this can a little late so it's about 2.5 months old, but still tastes great. I can only imagine what it was like fresh. (Fingers crossed they brew it again.)

Poured from a 64oz growler into a beer mug.

Look is hazy and yellow with little to no head.

Aroma is grassy and citrus lemon.

Tast matches aroma exactly. Super delicious.

Haze yellow with decent head. Reduces to a ring and some average lace

Big citrus smell. Right when you open the can it hits you.

Great representation of the style. The hops are nice and the bitter is low. Mango and tangerine come to mind

Smooth with a slight bite at the end. But it is soft on the tongue.

Loving everything that revision is doing lately. Glad so see a brewery so close doing well with the NEipa style.

What is the deal with my two favorite Revision beers coming up on review today? Oh well let's bang. Pours a hazy yellow just like all the other NE IPA offerings from Revision, they look exactly alike, small 1/4" whitehead on the top. Aroma smacks of Mosaic and Citra, just like almost every hoppy beer from Revision. Usual citrus notes from it, similar to Distance Haze, some tangerine dripping out the nose of this one.

Same NE IPA soft malt base, flaked oats, soft carbonation translates into more tangerine, easy 35ibu range stuff. Lots and lots of late stage addition hops. Pungent flavors from the Mosaic, like mango and orange, just like all the other Revision beers draped in Mosaic. Is it good? Damn straight. Its hardly unique, but it nails the style and is far better than any other hoppy offerings in Nevada's statehood. Plenty of juiciness to go around, a great choice for doing outdoor activities, especially golf.
