Pours a cloudy, bright gold color with a 2 finger off white silky head.

Aroma is pungent and sharp with dank citrus. Smells decadent and I like it.

The flavor is a little more subdued but still full of flavor. There is a semi-tart grapefruit and tangerine rind flavor up front that mellows out mid taste as some of the sweet pale malt kicks in. The finish is distinctly orange and tangerine, just a smooth fantastic flavor. This is a true gem for flavor.

The feel is smooth and soft and creamy with a touch of effervescence. Not much bitterness and no burn.

The rich flavor reminds me of Terps from Goodfire in Portland (ME) where they are using terpenes from fruit rind. This is fantastically good beer that should be put high on your list if you like NEIPAs.

wow! one of the best hoppy beers i have had all year, and my favorite of the four i had in here, but i liked them all a whole lot to be honest, they had about a million ipa types on tap of all persuasions, pretty cool! this one took the cake for me though, and although we have all seen this hop combination many times before, its never really done this for me, it comes together in a new and special way here, and i hold this in as high a regard as any beer i have drank in the new england style to be honest, its that good, insanely fresh from the tap at the source too, as is to be expected! it looks nice than most too, softly hazy, really frothy headed, and fizzy as i drink it. the australian hops come through first for me, the savory element of the vics secret for sure, the limey kiwi fruit galaxy, and then the more familiar citra later on, with the up front melon notes of the el dorado rounding it out so well, its fruity and juicy as they say, but it still drinks like ipa, its not a dry hopped mess like so many of these are, the level of refinement really is something to behold. really it pops out of the glass, intensely flavored, but so fresh and interesting and well carbonated that i never want to set my glass down, its lupulin driven for sure, has an almost concentrated thing, a hop hash or lupulin powder vibe, without any of the vegetal green parts that beers this hoppy usually demonstrate. really incredible stuff, i hope i get to drink this again! unreal glass of ipa!

Canned 9/26/18. Pours a bright, hazy blonde hue with a sweet head into the glass. Exotic citrus hop bouquet. Lip puckering citrus bite with a huge mango, melon, rind vibe. Bold lupulin rush like so many others I've sampled. I'm more than happy to continue to explore more breweries I've missed. Well worth checking out.

Poured into a tulip.
The appearance was of the New England styled impression (nice and thick hazy burnt yellow/orange color. Nice speckled lace dotted the sides of the glass pretty nicely.
The aroma had a fine meshing of pineapple to grassy hops, sweet with an ample amount of bitterness. Some floral character.
The flavor has a dried floral sweet character flowing into some grassiness and pineapple. Refined aftertaste of floral, pineapple and grassiness.
The mouthfeel was extremely dry making me sip this beer the whole way down. I'd say this was medium bodied. Carbonation felt somewhat low - good for the New England styled IPA. ABV felt good.
Overall, not on par to be an awesome New England styled IPA but as an American styled IPA, I don't mind this.

Appearance: Lord Lupulin pours a partyly cloudy yellow with nearly no head (could have been the can had been in the mini-fridge too long) and moderate carbonation.

Smell: There is a combination of citrus fruit; pineapple, grapefruit, orange and lemon with a floral, hoppy backdrop.

Taste: First sip, the beer is light on the mouth and refreshing, very citrus forward with pineapple and grapefruit, which gives way to a semi-sweetness that balances out the hop profile.

Overall: The only negative, the age of the can. At the bottom of the glass there were some pretty serious goose turds, or chunks when I poured this into the pint glass. Still a very good beer, I would drink it again!

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that quickly died down, leaving some lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of pineapples are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has light to moderate aromas of pineapples along with hints of passionfruit. There is no bitterness.
M: It feels light to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. No crispness is perceptible.
O: I liked the aromas and flavors of pineapples in this beer, although they weren't too strong.

Look: Pours hazy yellow in color, with about a finger and a 1/2 of head. Moderate residual lacing.
Smell: Passionfruit, pinapple, mango, papaya, orange, tangerine, grapefruit and lemon all prevalent on the nose. The hops are presented in a earthy/floral fashion.
Taste: Really great. Citrus fruit forward, with some pineapple and mango. Hops have defined lemongrass flavor, which is present on the finish. Semi-sweet fruit flavor with floral hoppy balance.
Feel: Light to medium in terms of body and weight. Moderately carbonated, giving a fizz on the tongue. Does have a nice feel and texture.
Overall: Very enjoyable. I love the fact that it is 6.5abv. This is something I could drink regularly. I am grateful to have tried. Cheers!

Pours into an imperial nonic a hazy lemonade-like color with a thin but sticky white head atop.Wow the fragrance coming from this beer, floral and citric to the hilt, could smell it while pouring...like alcoholic Tang.Citrus punch on the palate mango and sugary sweet pineapple with some grass to kinda balance the hop profile out,it's sweet but very inviting.True to the new style of NE IPA it's citric and sweet, hop crack.
