Can from Boise Co-op. Bright orange, golden, minimal head, not hazy. Aroma is orange peel, citrusy hops. Tadte brings om some sticky, citrus hoppiness, some pine. Feel is almost syrupy, lazy carbonation. GFY indeed...

Well I've now had 2 cans out of the 4 pack, and I can definitely say the second one was much better. Sometimes you can release a beer TOO fresh I guess. Needed a little rest.
Anyways, shocking Revision has a hazy yellow ipa, fall out your chair shit right here. Aroma was varied. The first can had kind of a dusty popcorn vibe going for it. Subsequently, the other one had a nice mild citrus and tropical fruit nose like the other 47 ipas they make.
Taste was much the same, you got the usual mosaic and citra lifting going on resulting in those fruit flavors. Carbonation and mouth feel were lower, slicker. Body was flaked stuff, keeping bitterness low in conjunction with the late stage usage hops. Same kind of acidic result in the stomach afterwards. What you give up in bitterness in the taste and mouthfeel comes back at you later on. Still good, enjoyable, covers alcohol well.
I guess for a first year anniversary they did what brought them to the dance with a different label.

Can with a nearly blacked out date that appears to read 05/09/18 into a tulip glass.
A: Pours bright yellow copper with 2 fingers of medium density white head with limited retention and left minimal lacing.
S: DANK and floral, bright, somewhat dynamic wish it would've been 'in your face'.
T: Follows the nose but MUCH more dynamic. Very dank forward, but without any onion or garlic aspects.
F: Low-medium bodied, medium-high carbonation, lively on the tongue without any burn or tingling, clean finish.
O: A very nice and bright, clean and dank IPA. Loved it in the days of too many below-average hazy recipes (not directed at Revision by any means, theirs are for the most part good and well-above average). I'd definitely grab this again, very happy to have grabbed 4 pk., and may grab another.
