16 oz can from Boise Co-op. Hazy golden body with instant high foamy head. Tropical, citrusy aroma. Taste is pineapple, melon and mangoes, tangerines. Nice medium weight too.

this beer is a lot to get out of mosaic, like to such an extent that one of the most familiar hops in craft beer is almost new to me again in this one, which is about as high a compliment as i can give a hazy ipa, what a treat! pale in color but pretty dense from the tap, good head on it though, creamy and white and lasting, pretty lacing in the wake of each sip, and its not so full bodied as to limit its consumption ceiling, i dont think so anyway, its bubbly and drier than many, so it works. the hops shine here, pineapple and white peach to me, a little waxy raw honey and hash oil, nothing cat pee about it, nothing green for how intense it is, very little late palate bitterness, sparkling freshness, and the hops start mighty early, seem on steroids, and thus suggest some cryo hops, but i do not know for sure how the mosaic goodness is administered here. crazy that the flavor is even brighter on the hops than the nose, orchard fruit, kiwi, even grape, not a note i often get from mosaic alone. starchy base likely means oats and wheat, fuller feeling at first but then its dry, juicy the longer it sits. downright fantastic expression of the hop, and i can forgive a seeming lack of refinement in the base beer if its all a necessary vehicle for the hops. really great, a new side of mosaic when i didnt think there was anything left to discover there. real good.

An easy drinking hazy IPA full of pineapple, mango, peach, orange, grapefruit, lemon. Incredibly juicy with a good punch of bitterness. This is an incredibly enjoyable beer to drink

Straw and hazy with moderate bubbles, and a finger of white head.
Smells really fresh of pineapple, citrus, fresh green hops, papaya, soursop, and dank herbal notes.
The taste follows the nose, but doubles in intensity, ending in perfume aromatics.
Medium light body with loads of carbonation.
I got this in Santa Rosa, and am drinking it in Redding, Feb 23rd, 2019. Excellent freshness.
