16oz can with an offset canning date, kinda looks like 1/1/21. Poured into a can-shaped nonic.

A: Hazy pale gold; smallish fluffy head and some medium lacing.

S: Moderate fruity juiciness with mild dank & resinous hops, mellow pineapple, hints of grapefruit and citrus fruit.

T&MF: Mellow flavors of soft citrus and stone fruits, tropical vibes, light dankness, mango and pineapple, pillowy malt graininess, low bitterness.

O: This one didn't 'pop' like other Revision offerings in my opinion; though the offering is solid, it has what I would describe as 'moderate' and not necessarily 'bright' flavors and aromas.

Hazy yellow body with a white cap. Pineapple, lemon pith, dank hops, grapefruit, flowers, and pine. Taste takes all of those notes and adds an element of green tea and dryness to the hops. Very fresh, hazy yet dank. Drinks lighter in the body but full from the hops and lighter maltwork. A fun twist on a popular style

Cant make out the canned on date but I know it was January 2020 at some point. Opened 2-23-20.
1/4" white head with a medium length retention on a fully opaque light orange NEIPA. Leaves a wall of lace on the glass.
Peaches and cream mixed in a bowl with some wet green weeds. Deep, dank weediness under the fresh fruit. A little onion/wild garlic.
Peach is the dominant flavor I'm perceiving here, some fresh orange, berries and then a heavy dose of green weeds
Soft mouthfeel, low perceived carbonation. Bitterness is medium and mainly up front, the finish is mostly hop fruit.
8% isn't apparent at all, smooth and tasty NEDIPA.
Very good. 5 for 5 on the beers I've had from Revision to this point...I'm impressed.

Another Revision beer with Mosaic and Equinox, because the other 24 beers they make with those same hops weren't enough.

Pours a hazy yellow, 1/2" white head. More attractive than your average NEIPA. Seemed to be less Mosaic than usual for a Revision beer, while I make jokes about their lack of diversity, the reality is they get the dankest of the dank hop wise. Here, smelled good, but I dunno, I'll blame the Equinox: there wasn't the humid dank tropical fruit and weed combo of Mosaic to the same extent, same with the weed quality of CTZ, it wasn't there in the aroma (moreso in the taste).

Taste was fine, firm bitterness, hazy flaked body didn't seem to smooth this one out as well as others. Distinct vegetal green hop acidic burn before even half way down on this one. Had some pine ctz notes, an almost simcoe like bitterness (more ctz I presume). Not a bad beer by any stretch of the imagination, but once you start charging $4 a can or more, you better bring the 4 score across the board. And I don't mean by these other fluff score kittens, I'm talkin bout the OG barf scoring machine.

16 oz can poured into an imperial can-shaped glass.

Appearance
Hazed-out, cloudy blonde. 1 finger of creamy white head.

Nose
Pungent, damp grass, and dank weed. Simple but incredibly aromatic!

Taste
Catty and pungent. Dank weed, damp grass, and pine sap. Drippy and floral. Perhaps some light tropical fruit, kiwi, and blueberry. Smooth honey and caramel sweetness.

Mouthfeel
Medium bodied, smooth, creamy, silky, slightly sticky, and lightly bitter.

Overall
CTZ has always been one of my favorite hops. A true underdog. I appreciate the resurgence and the love that it has been seeing recently.

Lightish, hazy orangellow pour with wispy white, thin froth. No aroma to bother reporting. Decent feel and solid taste, with hazyipa aftertaste.

Slightly hazy amber brew with a sizeable pile of foam in the tall IPA glass. Pleasantly sudsy on the tongue. Aroma of pineapple, lime, and orange peel. Taste is piney with more citrus. Moderately sweet with an acidic edge. Dark-toned finish with the hops glowering but not overly bitter.

This is a better than average example of the slippery, hazy style. Very juice flavored. Not entirely without murk but overall it is eminently drinkable. From the 16 oz can purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham.
