A rich, smooth stout brewed with a variety of English malts and yeast. Layer upon layer of milk and dark chocolate flavors, an espresso edge, and hints of toffee and caramelized sugar.

On tap at Goldstein's Mortuary & Delicatessen
A: Pours dark brown with a frothy head that settles to a thin layer and leaves a little spotty lacing.
S: Roasty, coffee, char, a hint of bittersweet chocolate, good amount of dark fruit, earthy, burnt sugar, and toffee sweetness.
T: Roasty, char, coffee, and bittersweet chocolate, fair bit of dark fruit, cherry, plum, and raisin, earthy slightly herbal, burnt sugar, and toffee sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, kinda creamy.
O: Had to try this for the name. Solid imperial stout, but not as chocolate forward as the description would lead you to believe.
