On tap in Caldwell ID.
A: Fairly dark brown; shows caramel-colored on the edges like soda; minimal head.
S: Not hugely roasty, just big presence in malt; chocolate and mild caramel and some mocha too; toasted more like a brown ale honestly - bready and somewhat nutty and earthy.
T & MF: Mild sweetness in caramel combines with some cocoa and nutty toasted malt/grains; pleasant light bodied porter drinks very easily with just a touch of coffee bitterness on the finish.
O: A good porter, one I would drink again; I prefer more roasty dark beers and this one isn’t that roasty, but it’s still tasty.
