its crazy how many ipa types these guys make, and how they all somehow seem different, its very impressive, and this one is delicious, a pretty darn pungent huell melon expression of this hop, which is more often seen in somewhat subtler or more delicate dry hopping contexts, there is a little bite to this, but its not over the line to me, and this is another fresh, distinctive, and fairly soft hazy ipa experience from revision. pineapple, honeydew, actual honey, and key lime are big in the nose, zesty and fruity, a bit sweet but not from rich grain it doesnt seem, and in the taste i get the melon, but now also some mango and orange character, along with a fairly strong fresh sativa hit, very dank in that way, uncommon in a beer thats also exceedingly juicy like this, no way this is all huell melon right? it has to be one of several hops, doesnt it? the flavor lingers long after the swallow, oily like a west coaster despite the haziness, and with a bit of bitterness to help it drink like an ipa. i burp pine and pineapple, and i like it! a little bit filling, as many of these are, but its delicious and it doesnt slow me down, at least for one, plus the carbonation is there. very enjoyable, very fresh, the beat goes on for revision!
