Imperial Stout aged in bourbon barrels for 25 months and conditioned with Ugandan Cacao nibs and vanilla beans.
This luscious imperial stout blend was aged extensively in bourbon barrels for 25 months, then treated with the finest single-origin Ugandan cacao nibs and vanilla beans. Abundant oak character compliments hints of light caramel and brown sugar backed by notes of rich fudge and dark fruit.

This is a strong, special stout with plenty of oaky whiskey presence (at 25 months in-barrel, the booze is expected, but actually pretty manageable). The cocoa/fudge/vanilla cream flavors are there as well. Good stuff.

2021 barrel aged. Medium, large bubbled, quickly fading, light brown head. Close to black in look. Moderate aromas of heavily toasted malt and chocolate. Slightly sharp flavor of bourbon, dark chocolate and toffee, with a medium body. Not bad.
