Brewed with Nelson Sauvin, Motueka and Mosaic hops in collaboration with Great Basin Brewing Company.

Smooth, silky with heavy tropical flavor and aroma from Mosaic and two of the Southern Hemisphere heavyweights of hops

Alright here's one of those hazy ipas that isn't all that hazy and has a big bitter hop bill. Fuck yo style guidelines we hybridin' I guess.

Pours something more akin to a cloudy yellow beer. Duller yellow. 1/2" white head. Nice aromatics from the hops, equal parts Nelson and Moteuka divying up the dankness. Mosaic providing a brighter berry impact alongside. Decent combo of the 3.

Taste brings a slight uniqueness, certainly Nelson and Moteuka give that weed and humid garlic thing, but the Mosaic comes in with a twist to that backdrop. Heavier bitterness than expected, but welcome. Lots of things about this beer cross over from multiple ipa subgenres. I think it works if you're not always nerding out on style guidelines. Then again, I think they only made this once so I dunno, maybe they didn't like it either. The collaboration part is interesting, those breweries are within walking distance of each other.

16 oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy golden poor with a small creamy white head that sticks around throughout the entire session. Fruity Roma, little citrus, a little tropical, and a whole lot of biscuity malts. Taste is carried in on a creamy body. Very light fruit notes, substantial breading notes, very well balanced. A little bit of dryness comes in at the finish although not too much bitterness, but the dryness lingers. Creamy feel

16oz can, first time seeing this one in market. Pours that refreshing-looking yellow-ish gold, hazy with a hefty off-white head. With a somewhat snappy, floral, herbal and fruity nose, I am getting Motueka and Nelson vibes, but the palate is a bit more subdued and light with lychee, lemongrass and lime. Not quite as explosive as I had hoped, still good.
