Late Harvest Provender is a foraged wild ale. A cabernet barrel fermented brett Farmhouse/Saison hopped with Sazz and Fuggle and foraged honey oat straw, 100% German malt. This beer is sweet, golden and carries scents of the last fall harvest, with restrained brett funk and heavy hay aromatics, simple and left sweet with hints of its barrelage.
