Cinnabiscitus - The Caesar's Gruit. This is a biscuit forward and crackery grain bill saison aged in cabernet sauvignon barrels. An ancestral mixed brew fermented on top of cinnamon sticks and hibiscus flowers. Presenting as an orange-golden malty ale that shows a balance of spice and vinous, herbal aromas.

750 ml bottle, no dating I could find on the bottle or label. Served in a Teku, the beer pours a reddish/copper color with about an inch tan head that stuck around a while. Decent amount of lacing. The brew smells like bready/grainy malt, cinnamon, hibiscus, earthiness and some caramel. Taste is similar to the aroma but a little more of a kick, and with the addition of some tart citrus, lemon peel, red grapes/wine and vinegary flavors. Good amount of tartness. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick and has a good amount of carbonation. I thought this was a good enjoyable brew, glad I got to try this one!
