A: Moderate strawberries with a zippy lacto tanginess.
A: Red color, clear, with a moderately dense white head that has adequate retention, light lacing in the glass.
T: Moderate strawberry flavor upfront, lightly sweet, with a bready flavor, moderate lacto sourness and lightly dry finish.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Tasty; the beer has a great strawberry presence that is well supported by the zippy lacto tanginess and light secondary bread notes from the wheat. Refreshing and easy to drink.
