Canned on: April 2022. Many thanks to DrOfGolf for this can.
A - Medium to dark gold with a pinkish tinge, moderate carbonation, and thin pink lacing.
S - Sweet passion fruit and dragon fruit with a slight fruity twang.
T - Passion fruit and Dragon fruit from start to finish with a fruity, tart twang that's light moderate overall (but compliments the beer as opposed to detracting from it). There's an ever so slight grain residue left on the backside (but very minimal).
M - Finishes with a dry finish on top of the tongue while the rest of the mouth waters.
O - Not a fan of Sours but this is nicely done.

Pours a slightly deep red color with a clean look and a champagne-esk head with a beautiful pinkish hue to it. The nose delivers on the promise of passion and dragon fruit and that tartness you expect from a Berliner. The flavor follows suite but with more tartness, an approachable amount of acidity, thin mouthfeel and high carbonation. I would have wanted a little more fruit presence in the flavor as it was there but then the tartness from what I’m assuming is lactobacillus, takes over and is the last thing you taste. Overall I’m loving the availability of all these different Berliner style sours and look forward to trying more of them.
