Look: It pours a nice deep orange
Smell/Taste: it is called "Peach Cobbler" so you would expect peaches to dominate. I did not find that to be the case. There are strong aromas of stone fruit, but the taste was a bit more complex. Yes, there are peaches in the flavors, but also lots of tropical fruit flavors like passionfruit, a fair amount of vanilla, and just a hint of cinnamon. It may not taste like a peach cobbler, but that's just as well. The mix of flavors was really nice.
Feel: Quite smooth, with a modest amount of carbonation.
Overall: Refreshingly tart. The name may be misleading, but that's fine with me with all the flavors it does bring.

Billed as an "Imperial Pastry Sour" on the tallboy can, and made with peaches, cinnamon, lactose, and vanilla beans. This beer is a minor miracle- it tastes exactly like advertised- peach cobbler, crust and all! Absolutely delicious and just tart enough and with enough depth to not get old. Really enjoyed this.
